COMPANY

AVSystems S.r.l. is a company based in Vicenza, and is a proud leader in the design and construction of special machinery, automation systems and robotics, aimed at production control processes, focussing primarily on the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. The business was founded in 2004 when four professionals with many years of experience in various industrial sectors came up with the idea of combining their expertise to provide fully comprehensive and customised solutions for specific industrial needs.

PRODUCTS

Over the years, the company has developed the ability to study, evaluate and create automation solutions for specific customer operations, using up-to-date components and the latest technologies. AVSystems is specialised in the design of highly customised automatic and semi-automatic machinery for the handling and inspection of filled pharmaceutical containers. Additionally, the company has gained significant experience in the development of systems for cosmetic inspections and the detection of foreign particles in products. Over time, the company has made full use of this know-how to expand its range of solutions, creating equipment and machinery for the inspection of finished products, even for the manufacturing industry. Having focussed strongly on finding particular solutions for various needs, the company now has the capability of developing specialised systems for the processing/assembly of mechanical parts as well as for handling/storage systems for products in INOX 304/316, fully electric compact punch presses, and automatic and semi-automatic testing tools.

VISION SYSTEMS

Systems that utilize artificial vision techniques and algorithms to verify the quality and integrity of both semi-finished and finished products.

MIXERS

Devices designed for mixing bags containing thawed pharmaceuticals or active ingredients. The mixing is controlled by precisely managing the oscillation of the bags (oscillation cycles, amplitude, frequency, pauses).

COUNTING/VERIFICATION

Technological systems for counting and verifying the correct number of containers within bulk packages.

PACKAGING

Specific manual-assisted packaging systems for the production and tracking of small batches of pharmaceutical packages.

PRESS

Compact units for the assembly of mechanical parts with complete process tracking (force, stroke), immediate result evaluation, and tracking of the entire production.

GENERIC APPLICATIONS

Special equipment, punching machines, test benches, vibratory sorters/feeders, lifting and handling systems, including those for sterile environments.

All supplies from AVSystems are produced following GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The production process, from the design phase to on-site commissioning, is conducted and documented according to the lifecycle required by the relevant directives. AVSystems is a dynamic company focused on research and development of applications related to industrial vision and quality analysis during production. AVSystems′ goal is to establish a direct relationship with the customer to develop customised solutions. Additionally, the company is committed to providing fast and precise after-sales technical support. Should customers require a preventive maintenance service, AVSystems also offers scheduled inspections.
